Pallet, Access & Assisted Delivery

Pallet deliveries are curb-side as standard.

Inside/assisted delivery and named-day/priority services are available on request and must be booked in advance.

Please tell us about any access restrictions (steps, narrow lanes, steep drives, tight bends, low branches, limited door/stairwell clearance) so we can plan the right vehicle/service.

*If access restrictions are not disclosed and delivery must be refused or cancelled, outward and return carriage charges apply and a 15% restocking fee may be charged.

UK Regions & International

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, delivery charges are confirmed after purchase (we’re unable to calculate these at checkout). For international orders, please contact our team to discuss options and rates.

Delivery Checks, Damage & Packaging

Please check and sign for your order on delivery.

Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.

Retain all original packaging and pallets in case a return is required (replacement packaging can be supplied for a fee).

Cancellations & Refused Deliveries

Before dispatch:

Cancel for a full refund; any costs already incurred will be deducted.

After dispatch:

You’re responsible for all freight charges if cancelling.

Refused deliveries:

(non-damage reasons): outward and return freight are chargeable. If large items won’t fit into your premises and are returned/refused, outward/return carriage is chargeable and a 15% restocking fee applies.

Liability:

We can’t accept claims for compensation caused by third-party carrier delays or missed slots.
