FAQs
Your Order
Orders & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all stocked items on the next working day after your order is accepted. For standard UK mainland delivery, expect arrival within 3–5 working days.
Is delivery free?
Free UK mainland delivery applies on orders over £150. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man / Isle of Wight, or international orders, please contact us for a delivery quote as shipping charges may apply.
What happens if delivery is late?
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to third-party carriers. We cannot accept compensation claims for late delivery caused by carriers. If your items do not arrive, please contact us and we will assist.
What does our delivery service include?
Most deliveries are curb-side only. If you need inside delivery, carry-up stairs, or a specific time slot, these must be booked in advance and may incur additional costs. Ensure driveway access and remove any obstacles before delivery.
What should I do when my order arrives?
When your delivery arrives, please inspect the goods immediately and sign for them. Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours and original packaging retained. Failure to do so may reduce or void your return eligibility.
After Purchase
Returns & Warranties
How do I return an item if I’ve changed my mind?
You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a Return Authorisation Number. Once approved, you may return unused, unassembled items with original packaging. Returns cost will be your responsibility and items may be subject to restocking fees.
Are bespoke or custom-made items eligible for returns?
No. Customised, bespoke, or specially sourced items cannot be returned for change of mind. Only standard stock items that meet our return conditions are eligible.
What warranty covers my purchase?
Standard items from our brand are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects. Some select products may carry extended warranties (3-5 years) as indicated on product pages. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and starts from date of dispatch.
What is not covered by warranty?
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage from inappropriate flooring or conditions, direct dropping or slamming of equipment not designed for that purpose, or cosmetic damage (paint chips, stickers, end caps).
How do I make a warranty claim?
To claim under warranty, you must supply the original order number, provide photographic evidence of the fault, and may be required to return the item for inspection. Carriage costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Personalising Your Equipment
Products & Customisation
How can I customise my gym equipment?
We offer a full customisation service. You can choose from over 200 RAL colours, select finishes like matt or gloss, add your logo via laser-etching, customise upholstery, or even modify design elements. Contact the sales team and we will be able to help with your customisations.
Is there an extra cost for custom finishes or branding?
Yes — custom finishes and branding are treated as bespoke options, with costs depending on the extent of customisation (colour, logo, special finishes). We’ll provide a quote once your requirements are clear.
What’s the lead time for custom equipment as opposed to standard items?
Custom equipment typically takes longer due to powder-coating, bespoke branding, and manufacturing modifications. Lead time will depend on your specification and our production schedule; we’ll advise this at point of quote.
Can I still order standard gym equipment if I’m also doing custom pieces?
Absolutely. Standard items and custom items can coexist in your order. You can pick off-the-shelf components while simultaneously commissioning custom-branded equipment.
Will customisation affect warranty, performance or delivery options?
Generally no — our custom pieces are built to the same commercial standard as our standard range. However, bespoke design modifications may impact lead times or delivery arrangements; we’ll cover this in your quote and project scope.
Building Your Space
Gym Design & Support
What services are included in your gym design offering?
We provide full gym design support: from understanding your vision, creating floor plans, 3D renders, equipment selection, branding integration, right through to installation if required.
Can you design for any size of space — from boutique to large commercial?
Yes — we support small PT studios, boutique gyms, school/university facilities, sports-team performance gyms, and large commercial operators. We tailor the solution to your space and vision.
Do you offer assistance with choosing equipment for different workout zones?
Yes — our design service includes mapping out functional areas (strength, cardio, functional training), recommending kit, spacing, traffic flow, and ensuring each zone supports your gym’s purpose and member experience.
Is branding and interior fit-out part of the gym design process?
Definitely. We integrate your brand identity, choose finishes, and can customise equipment to match your colour scheme, logos, and overall aesthetic so your space stands out.
What’s the first step if I want your gym design service?
Get in touch via our contact form or phone number. We’ll discuss your vision, budget, space, and timeline, then agree on a design brief. From there we’ll provide proposals and iterate until we land on the right layout for you.
