Already known for our UK manufacturing presence, our newly formed Jordan Fabrications company extends our Jordan Group’s engineering capabilities into new markets. Having achieved MADE In BRITAIN accreditation we now offer more UK designed and crafted gym equipment and storage than ever before.
With newly designed Kettlebell Storage Racks, S-Series Dumbbell Racks and Customised HIIT Benches already proving a hit across the fitness industry, this has been made possible with heavy investment into new machinery and fabrications workshops. Our experienced team of engineers all bring over 100 years of experience with them from across the fitness, food, medical, and construction industries.
Based in the heart of West Norfolk, King’s Lynn based Jordan Fabrications now sits proudly with three dedicated workshops within our 90,000sq ft warehouse. Having formed in late 2021, Jordan Fabrications offer a full in-house metal fabrications service, offering design and project management services, through to logistics and worldwide shipping.

Already a world leader in premium gym equipment, with Jordan Fabrications offering a premium fabrications service, the Jordan Group can now proudly claim their place as ‘The Home of Premium Performance’. Customisation is also at the forefront of both businesses, and with an in-house powder-coating room, Jordan Fitness and Jordan Fabrications can both offer a premium powder-coating service, enabling a choice of brand colours and finishes for any product.

“I’ve always had a passion for design, having built the Jordan Fitness brand based on the premise of premium quality meeting functional need, and have continually supported UK manufacturing as our Jordan Fitness business has grown. As Covid hit the UK fitness industry, it was clear that relying on overseas manufacturers was impacting our economy, and it just felt the right time to invest in a new Fabrications arm to the business, in order to serve our global markets. We’ve now gone full circle, and got back to where it all started, manufacturing in the UK.””
In addition to commercial projects, the Fabrications team are also the go-to for one-off projects from retail design, staircases and balustrades, through to metal art and garden sculptures, to create unique homes.
